First and foremost, this isn’t a blog to talk about me (although that might happen occasionally).  As a bit of an introvert, talking about myself isn’t something that comes naturally.   So why a blog?  I guess I wanted to start a blog in the hopes of providing some useful info to anyone who is interested in listening to some of my experiences (gluten free / celiac issues, technology, etc.).  I also think it can be useful as an outlet, a personal journal of my day to day life.  Anyway, this is an “about” section so I will use an exercise my daughter has done at school… the “Who am I?” list.  I am:

• a sweets junkie (especially chocolate chips and marshmallows)

• a swim parent/dad
• watching a bunny hop across my backyard
• a handyman and painter
• procrastinator
